Workplace Giving is a simple way to donate to charities direct from your pay, and get your donations matched. Most companies match donations, so you could double your impact, giving your charity even more support!
Almost a year ago now, I had a level 4 amelanotic melanoma removed from my back. I also had lymph nodes removed from under my arm as a precaution. I was lucky and relieved to find it had not spread.
An amelanotic melanoma is a little different to the melanomas we are familiar with in that they contain little to no pigment. A small pink spot that could easily be mistaken for a scar was what it looked like.
I have decided to make a difference and hopefully bring about more awareness by creating my very own fundraising page for Melanoma March. Through here you can easily support my efforts by making a secure donation. All funds raised will go towards a national melanoma research project to save lives. I would also really appreciate it if you could share my page or comment so more people know about it.
